 Try this delicious fruity and spicy salsa it is fabulous on just about everything from barbequed chicken to chips to tacos!

Peach Mango Pineapple Salsa 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 small peaches, halved, pitted, and cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 2 mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 white onion, diced  
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
  • 3/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the peach mango, onion, tomato, red pepper, yellow pepper, pineapple, and cilantro in a mixing bowl. Stir in the garlic, lime juice, salt, sugar, and water. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
